View/Download Waiver
The riding we do as part of our trips involves risk, dangers, and hazards. These are outlined in our Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement. All guests are required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risks Agreement at the Lodge before riding with us. This agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of the Agreement are available for you to look at on our website. We recommend you read the waiver prior to booking your trip. Any guest under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form.
